Receptionist/Client Concierge Coordinator
Ericka, Receptionist/Client Concierge Coordinator, has over two years of experience in recruiting and human resources. During her time working in HR, Ericka participated in developing department goals, objectives, and process improvement strategies. Ericka maintained relationships with employees by communicating via phone and email daily.
As part of the Twickenham team, Ericka’s main goal is to create a positive client experience by welcoming guests, maintaining the main atrium and office spaces, assisting with event planning, along with coordinating and confirming client appointments.
Ericka recently moved to Huntsville from Jacksonville, Florida. Outside of her work life she enjoys cooking, indoor-cycling, podcasts, and being outdoors. Ericka has a Miniature Dachshund puppy named Walnut and a Corgi-mix named Alex, who do a great job of keeping her busy.
